1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the oswinvale.com website (the “Website”), participation in the oswinvale.com IT bootcamp program process (the “Program”), and our handling of information you submit through the Website.

By accessing or using the Website or submitting information for participation in the Program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or submit information.

2. Online commerce and required e-commerce disclosure (Ukraine)

If we sell goods or services online to Ukrainian consumers, the e-commerce relationship requires identification of the seller. The applicable identification disclosure is made pursuant to: Про електронну комерцію № 675-VIII.

3. Pre-contract information, consumer rights, and contract terms (Ukraine)

For distance contracts with consumers (including online), we provide pre-contract information and disclose consumer rights, including identification details and contract terms, in accordance with: Про захист прав споживачів № 3153-IX, Стаття 17, Стаття 19, Стаття 21.

If you apply for participation in the Program via the Website, the specific contract terms and essential conditions applicable to your participation will be provided during the process and/or at the time of confirmation.

4. Personal data processing

If you submit personal data through the Website (including as part of the lead capture and participation request), such processing is governed by applicable personal data rules. The required notice/conditions for personal data processing are provided pursuant to: Про захист персональних даних № 2297-VI.

By submitting information, you confirm that you have provided the data intentionally and understand that it will be processed for the purposes described in the relevant disclosures on the Website.

5. Complaints, claims, and dispute handling

We provide a functional pathway to submit complaints/claims related to distance transactions and consumer protection. Dispute handling approach and related rights are addressed pursuant to: Про захист прав споживачів № 3153-IX, Стаття 38, Стаття 39.

To submit a complaint or claim, contact us using the details in Section 10 below. We will review your request and respond in accordance with applicable law and the terms communicated for the relevant service.

6. Participation process and outcomes

The Program may include learning activities, mentoring, exercises, and evaluation. Any information regarding expected skills or results is educational and does not guarantee specific outcomes.

No guaranteed outcomes. We do not guarantee job placement, certification, or any particular employment or earnings results.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oswinvale.com, its management, and related persons are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website or participation in the Program.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Website and materials provided within the Program (including text, graphics, and other materials) are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission, except where permitted by law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, operational, or security changes. The updated Terms will be posted on the Website. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
